                Dont try it! I tryed it for a month and it made my heart race fast and I always fet dizzy. My friend was on it at the same time and was hospitalized for heart issues it created for her.

                My husband works nights and I work during the day. I have 1 hour inbetween when he gets home and before i have to go to work. I go to the gym for 45 minutes during that time. The more you work out the more energy you will have!

                I am juicing in the morning and eat no sweets except a 100 cal pudding every other day. I try to stay within 1200-1300 calories a day. Morning: Juicing snack: apple/ yogurt Lunch: 1 cup soup Dinner: usually what I make my family. I am watching servings sizes.
