Oh what a lovely thought she had. It makes me giggle too because we all know how hard it is to stay away from the "good" stuff that is well rather bad for us. I would say have a treat.. try some of it and at least you can honestly tell her you enjoyed it ;) What a good lesson to learn.. not to send food.

I have been working at 5x5s since last Sept. I just found this group! I have went from a very tight size 20 into a loose size 16 and down 27 lbs! BTW All of you ladies look WONDERFUL! I still treat myself to full fledge things here and there.. but making your own pizza with whole wheat crusts and lower fat meats are great.. and I found a great recipe for brownies that uses apple sauce and only has 101 cals per slice.. its a great treat freezes awesome! I agree here. Unless this person understands why they are depressed and deals with that.. there is NO way to live a healthy life instantly with diet and exercise. Healthy choices nutritional and exercise wise will definitely assist with the depressed feeling.. but you cant run away from what you're trying to fix..
