I think you're being to hard on yourself. Building up endurance to run a 29 min 5 km takes a lot of time. You will get there! 9 months ago it took me 52 minutes to do a 5 km.. and now only 40 mins. I just went into the MY EXERCISES and made my own. I noticed that using "aerobics" or something like that said I burnt off 4x the amount of calories I actually burnt. So I have been adding my own exercises and using that mostly vs MFP's

The only time we used them on our twins.. was when they were runners at a zoo... It I believe was the only time. But saved all our *kitten* in big crowds that day for kids who refused to stay in strollers!

Isnt this an amazing feeling!! I actually stopped shoping when I got back to having to shop in a plus size store.. I went to a "Skinny" store yesterday where their plus size is size 14/16/18 and I was able to buy a cute top in a 16 there.. It is THEIR version of "plus" but I a year ago wouldnt have even fit into that!
