Are you able to hit up a gym before supper that has a day care? or shortly after supper before bed? My kids LOVE the gym daycare and beg to go even if we are there just to play!

Yup.. definitely arent eating enough. If you are working out and not refueling your body or intaking enough to fuel what you do on a normal day your body will go into starvation mode. I have MASSIVE calves too.. pretty much all muscle.. once I started using the HIIT types of training.. they have decreased an inch.. and my thighs ( unfortunately not all muscle) have decreased 4 inches.. Maybe go with the higher intesity and see how that works!

Way to go on paying attention to this! So many people dont and wonder why they are feeling so poorly and not losing weight. To little of calories can set your body into starvation mode! You seem very well on top of your goal already youll get where you want for your wedding! Good luck!

Im 5'8-5'9 depending on the day and the measuring device..lol I was eating around the 1700 cals and my body went into starvation mode.. 14 days of working my *kitten* off and eating so healthy I got no where.. Upped my calories under a Trainers advice.. to 2300.. 3 lbs in 3 days gone! So I definitely need more fuel to lose…

So far I have a 5 km planned while on my holidays in Atlanta Georgia!! I cant wait ! Its Woodstock GA's Guns and Hoses 5 km run and Im looking forward to keeping healthy while on vacation. I also have a 10 km I plan on doing in June for our I Love Regina Race and also a 10 km in September for the Flatlanders! Cannot wait!

I agree completely with the ladies.. We all go through withdrawls when we stop eating sugars and intaking caffiene etc. So on that asepect that does ( even thought it takes some time) will go away.
