I'm 123lb i'm 5'4 and i am not overweight but i could definitely lose a few more pounds. Want to get down to my goal weight of 115lb which is what i was a few years ago.

I drink soy milk most days. I have been losing drinking soy. So i don't know if it's that.

I am doing p90 x at the moment. It's only my second week though!

I'll have to have a look for Quest bars. Could do with a high protein bar that doesn't taste disgusting!

Yeah i think i will! Luckily i have been eating Muller Light fat free yogurts and it hasn't stalled my weight loss but the brownies might be the problem! Thanks!

I know they taste so good. It keeps me full until dinner also. I know the ingredients list is crazy but i didn't think it would affect me if i am within my calorie limits.

I'm 5'4 and i'm doing p90x at the moment. I also throw in some elliptical and 30 day shred.

Yes i have read that. My BMR is 1373. My teedee is 1,628 to lose weight but i just haven't lost anything. Seeing as i was only cosuming around 1200 calories a day and losing, i'm worried that i will just stay stuck.

I think i may switch to something a little less intense. Mainly as my knees are quite bad from dancing when i was younger and i don't know if i'm ready! Maybe do p90x and then move on to Insanity.

It's ridiculously hard! I am dying. Just had a break and tried to carry on and then i had to stop again!

How heavy? I'm not sure how many calories i should be eating!

I do planks and all of those things. So main advice is to up my calories and keep resistance training?

I do squats and lunges and dumbbell cleans and dumbbell rows and other exercises. (just an example) I feel that the weights i have at the moment are just enough otherwise i would probably give myself an injury.

That's pretty much all i want to do now. So should i eat at maintenance and do strength training to get there?

It's frustrating because i don't want to lose anymore weight really but if i don't i wont lose it on my stomach but seeing as you can't tell your body where to lose fat i am scared i will end up being really skinny but still with a flabby stomach!

Wouldn't i retain water not lose water weight? I had a couple of vodka diet cokes. Nothing too major!

My diary is open. I think i am eating good. I try to eat whole grains and protein with vegetables with an odd treat day now and again!

Thanks. I feel a lot better knowing others are eating about the same. I am worried about upping my calories and putting on weight. I know i shouldn't be but i am!
