Almost done with week 2. I really like the workout. However, I don't find the cardio really helping with my stamina. So I decide to do 2-3x / week a other cardio workout. LOL! It is hard mostly at the beginning. Even now, after 12 weeks, some of the workout are challenging. But Chalean is so motivating, the only thing you can do is to continue. You will see the results is you get up everyday and do your daily workout and eat someway right ( I cheated a lot during the journey) :)

last week I had to take my measurements. My thighs and legs were more firm and a bit smaller. My butt was higher and bigger. I was halfway. However, I do also wallsit, plank and crunches. I'm on day 20. Can't wait to see the final results. ^.^

I have a weaker knee. Usually, I tried not to jump too much. My knee is pretty fine after 9 week of TF. But, you can follow Allie, she does the low impact version of the routine.

Thank you for this topic. I was wondering the same thing. I understood the part that you have to eat enough food to fuel your body but I wasn't sure about eating back the calories you lost for exercising.

1200 calories is way! to low. It's probably under you BMR. You are starving your body. So your body reply by slowing down your metabolism. So that equal not losing weight. You need to upper your calories intake to lose weight. So your body get out of your starvation mode.

I don't run, I do a other sport, rollerblade. Since I do a lot of it, I subtitute my cardio day with my rollerblade session ( since I don't got time and the will to do all that workout in a day). But I still follow my schedule, on the stretch and HIIT day, I do them.
