Mini- goals rewards are great! I should try that. I'm 5p3. My ultime goal is 130 lbs. I think if I go under that weight, I might be too skinny for my taste. I'll see anyways. I still have 17 lbs to lose. If I reward myself at each 5 lbs, I might do better. I'll think about it. Thanks for the idea :)

Congrats! a great victory when your weight start moving again and mostly so many dress size lost... Your eating plan is good... Don't forget, since you are lifting weight, you should eat more. Don't go with that 1200 cal/ day thing. You will plateau rapidly. :)

Posterior fly are so hard for me too! It's a small muscle so I don't think you are suppose to lift 20lbs right away.

thanks! I use 5lbs up to 10 lbs. I didn't use the rubber bands. thanks for the recommendation. I will check out Jillian killer buns and thighs. I do cardio too. Summer is coming soon so I will do even more cardio.

Not really. It's 6 times a weeks. 4 days of strengh training and 2 days of cardio. You have 12 workouts in total. the workout are around 30 minutes. Every 2 weeks, you change workout. And every month, you change the cardio. Every 2 weeks, it get harder and harder. It really pushes you to do your best. You get stronger. If…

I only did Jillian. I had to stop for a 1 week because of a old knee injury.

haha Jillian is a push-up and plank freak hahah..You will get new challenge in 9 and 11 with the push-up you never thought you could do it that way.

push up are hard. You have to lift all you body weight with your arms. You do get better at the end. I'm at week 11 and military push-up is much easier. I can do 10-11 out of 12 compare to 4 or 5 ( both on my feet). However, I have to say that the 3 step push-up is a KILLER! haha

You have to pick one scale and stick to that scale so your weigh loss will be accurate.
