Hey everyone, I wanted to share my results after a month of JMBR. I lost 7 pounds so far and a couple of inches mostly in the upper body. I even lost bit around my calves, where I never lose. I didn't eat right and I got sick at the end of that month so I think it's good results for now. I'll keep you guys posted.
