Hi everyone,
this is for the people who done JMBR.
I'm on Jillian Micheals Body Revolution program. I got a week and half to go. I was wondering if I should do CLX. I know it's a other strengh program ( I've done it in the past. I did half of the program.) But after JMBR, which is pretty hard, do you think CLX is a good workout to go to.

I haven't done any of the JM workouts but I've considered it. There is another poster on a recent thread in the CHX group who just finished one, I believe.0

I just finished my second round of JMBR last Friday and start CLX on Sunday. The strength workouts are different than JM. Heavier weights at a much slower pace. She does not add any cardio to those workouts. I just started but it is taking me some time to get use to how slow she goes and how slow the pace is. You are working to the point of failure after only 10-12 reps. I am also needing to get used to the idea I am not burning 250+ calories every workout. I just started though so maybe someone else is further along can weigh in.
I do like it so far though. I did the first "cardio" DVD yesterday and it was nice to see some familiar moves. It also uses light weights with more reps. It is not as short in time as JM (that workout is like 45 minutes) but it goes quickly.
I do find the BR made me much stronger than I thought. The highest I went on BR was 10 lbs. I underestimated my weights on the first workout and next time am trying 15 lbs on the upper body exercises.0
