Ice works just as well. I've had puffy eyes for a long time and I'm only 24. Mine stems from many many years of allergy and sinus issues. It got worse with weight gain. Drink plenty of water and you'll notice a difference. I've used both of those products and although they worked, ice is free.

I think you should try sleeping 7 to 7 1/2 hours per night. Think about what you said. You only sleep 6 hours most nights and you are tired. Listen to your body. Sleeping pill? They don't put me to sleep because I fight it. I get scared I'm going to sleep too long and then i get a anxious and then I'm up for a long time or waking up multiple times.

Yeah sometimes I stay up late editing pictures. I don't have to, I just get lost in my work.

I've already started with body weight exercises and have always done them. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and adding a treadmill or any exercise machine will take up too much space. I run outside.
