You have to figure out how to eat at a deficit while you're away from home! Be consistent in your lifestyle change. Do you eat more processed foods while away from home? They contain a lot of sodium which causes water retention. That might be your issue but you'll never know unless you log everything you eat.

Try eating more protein. Its keeps you full longer. I try to snack on veggies because they are low cal which means I can eat a lot more without worrying about fat content.

Maybe you should change your workout routine. I would also invest in a food scale. How is your water intake? Do you get enough sleep? Are you using a heart rate monitor? In my experience you're either eating more than you think or burning less calories than you think.

i think 30 day shred will do more for your abs than squats alone. She does squats in the dvd amongst other things. Abs start in the kitchen so make sure you are creating good eating habits.

I'd rather juice my apples than buy apple juice at the store. I don't see the big deal. also juice and chew veggies depending on how I feel that day. There are some good juicing recipes out there. It doesn't mean you have to cut out chewing veggies indefinitely. edited for veggies

I helped a Chinese couple parallel park when I lived near chinatown. Complete strangers too. I couldn't bare watching them struggle after 10 min. Their family owned a restaurant in the neighborhood and they treated my boyfriend and I too dinner.

I don't think two weeks is a plateau. It could be water retention from starting a new program. If you are bored, alternate it with something different. I'm currently working out 5-6 days a week and alternating ripped in 30 with brazil butt lift and c25k.
