how long to notice results from 30 day shred?

I've been doing the shred now and am on my 3rd day of level 2, so its been 13 days, and I don't see any changes. If you've done the shred, when did you notice results?

    Its not 30DS that's going to give you "results", really. If you're not eating at a deficit, other than perhaps feeling and being more physically fit, you won't likely have lost and weight/fat.

    Is 30 day shred the Jillian Michael's program? I keep hearing about it - sounds good. Could a beginner do it or is it for people who are already pretty fit?

    It varies. I saw results after the first week but I was also 200lbs and eating at a deficit.

    I don't know if I every physically saw results. I really had problems committing long term. But the next day I always felt fit and more confident with myself. Which I think is just as important.

    I'm on level two day 4 now, and I am in the same boat and also not seeing results. BUT I do have faith in it. I have read so many posts on here about people doing it, and 90% of people have had great results. Most of those did see results at halfway, but I think I am one of those types who take longer to lose weight and for my body to adjust.

    I am eating at a deficit and also adding in walking when I can, so I do believe I will get there. Did u do before photos?

    hi, i'm on day 8 today.. not seeing any results in terms of weight yet although I read a lot of people put on weight before losing...

    I'm trying my best to eat within my calories & i think i'm at deficit. I also *think* I'm starting to feel a little more toned & I do feel bit more confident.

    Day 3 was amusing as my legs were so sore, it must be doing something ?!?! does everyone here do it every day or have rest days, i've done it every day so far because i'm impatient, but I did feel rather tired over the wk end and wondering if i should have a night off
