+1 I like to know how what I've eaten affects my weight. for example I discovered if I ate bread I would gain a pound or two. Much as I love bread its gone from my diet now.

One of my work colleagues is on the new plan at WW. She has lost 62lb since February this year. She's had no issue with logging her food diary with WW. She looks amazing now from when I first met her!! Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
