dandelion is a diuretic, it's an old herbal remedy. cranberry is good for the waterworks... and drinking water helps keeping the kidneys working. why not try it next TOM and see what happens, you have nothing to lose, other than maybe excess water...

prunes, coffee and using my cross trainer all work for me

i have similar, my right leg is noticeably fatter than my left leg... i have a clearly defined knee "pudge" on the right and almost nothing on my left.

I'm a WOW player, have been for over 4 years. I have to say I don't spend any where near as much time playing now though as exercise has become a more important part of my life.

I don't want to bulk up too much. Unfortunately my husband has made it perfectly clear that women with muscles are not attractive. I also have a hip replacement and have had a frozen shoulder so I'm taking things easy. I will try your suggesting with the sit ups, thank you.

i always weigh my self first thing in the morning without clothes and after a wee. i can gain a kg throughout the day :( also different times of the month affect the reading...

my favourite NSV is being able to wear a skirt i last wore 15 years ago :smile: i also rather like that i have noticed a work colleague checking me out - and he's half my age!!

not very helpful but i feel exactly the same way, i still feel as fat as when i started. i know i'm not - the scales tell me... my new (smaller) underwear tells me... and my clothes are much loser tells me...
