Jumping back in as well! I've been consistently exercising but my food habits have fallen by the wayside this winter. :(

I find when I eat a larger breakfast I am more controlled for my other meals.

I was wondering what the heck was going on with me. I felt famished all day! I thought it was because I had a really busy day yesterday and didn't have time to eat on time. But then I got my period today (5 days early) Now I know what's going on. Also, so TIRED!! Had to take a nap earlier. :(

I'm in too! I've been working at this for about 4 weeks now. Progress but not enough. Maybe a challenge will get me there!

Just make sure you're lifting heavy enough weights so you are almost failing towards the end You need to push your muscles as you get stronger. It's in the tearing down and rebuilding that you get stronger.

I can relate in that I am the other way round. I'm bigger on top and smaller on the bottom. If I get things to fit my waist then it's way too big on my bottom. Finding shirts that fit around the boob and belly area is frustrating too.
