not really. the body has limits of what it needs. the GENERAL rule is less than 1200 is bad. all depends on who you talk to. nutrition is a very general blanket topic because whats good for one isn't good for all thats why no one diet works for everyone

i'm dairy free, i get calcium from fortified foods and leafy greens and supplements. my issue is i can't seem to get enough protein (I eat meat but I'm in college and try to eat organic so it's not a lot of meat)

hard boiled eggs, the yolks are not bad and they offer healthy fats! try quinoa porridge, just like oatmeal only it has lots of protein. yogurt/fruit smoothies, protein shakes. dinner leftovers work well too! i'm not a sweet breakfast eater and really traditional breakfast foods weigh me down. i love a good ham sandwich…

can't spot reduce fat! one legged dips, running, swimming, squats, lunges.

i log vitamins, condiments, bites, everything! I count my calcium, protein, sugars and fats so I want to be sure I'm getting enough of everything. I also am a little bit calorie obsessed, so that's just me. I wouldn't worry about things unless they have high sodium or sugar contents

going over every once in a while will trick your metabolism. if you eat the same amount every day it starts to expect that much. its a matter of how often and how much you go over. if you're going over 50 once every 3 days or so, thats different than going 500 over every day.
