My physical therapist for my knee, said to only use a stationary bike. Never to use an eliptical again and not to use treadmills. If I'm going to walk it should be outside with a brace.

I dont think one should rely on store bought shakes for weight loss. I've used those shakes and ate well in the past and still managed to stay the same or gain. I use a meal plan from the doctor called HMR. I love it, when I have the money to buy it. When I dont I use Max Protein.

I <3 dips more than food hot sauce and agave nectar sweet baby ray with ketchup dressing goes well with everything a healthy one is plain greek yogurt with homemade taco seasoning caramel the list goes on and on

Hi ladies. I have lots of snow and trees down in my yard. We do not have power so I will not be updating the spread sheet anytime soon. I think its safe to say that living off of crap since nothing is open the sodium has killed any loss I've had. My fingers are bright red and swollen.

I had my strength test at physical therapy since today marks 1 month of going. I'm very sad to report he made me book 8 more sessions. I have a follow up with the Ortho tomorrow. :grumble:

I kicked *kitten* in PT today! 70lbs on the leg press with a ball to keep my kneecap from turning the wrong way. I also cheated and checked my weight and then kicked the scale. It was a little wakeup call to step it up.

Per Tim, my awesome physical therapist this is what I am to do daily. I know It doesnt fit the challenge 100% but its what I'm allowed to do: squats but with the least resistance. Sorry everyone. I've been MIA and out of town for a wedding. Ill have to catch up on everything tomorrow after physical therapy. But what I do know is my start weigh is 176. Not to shabby starting at 181 in Sept. And nursing injuries and not working out.

I'm in and I'm so excited. Today is my last round of x-rays and meeting with the orthopedic at 10AM. Wish me luck. I'd like to take this month on 100% from the start. I always forget to log water but I'm always between 128oz. and my pee is always clear without any color, so I guess my weight is out.
