It's definitely possible. Personally I wear a FitBit One and burn 35-250 calories throughout the day (per FitBit) just doing my every day activity, errands, etc. Because it syncs with MFP I can determine whether I want to eat back the calories or not, based on my hunger level. In addition, if I do 30 minutes on the…

I love, love, love working out with TRX straps. I used to work out with them several times a week, I'd bring my own to the gym, before they were popular, 4 years ago.

Sounds great! Thanks for sharing all the recipes.

I do visualization all the time. After I had my son I had 62 pounds to lose. I walked 4 miles a day. I had just had just finished reading The Secret and decided to put it to the test. While I was walking I visualized the numbers on my digital scale going down one by one until I saw my goal weight. I did this over and over…

^^^ This is dead on. Look up some of the eat more weigh less threads. Educate yourself on the types of calories that are best for you. Get plenty of water. A minimum of 8-8 oz cups up to 1/2 ounce for every pound of body weight. I too am one who lost at 1200, plateaued, educated myself and then upped my calories to 1500.…

Definitely a great difference. You've got great facial structure that you can see now. And good for you in being a surrogate.

I'm on day 6 of BPC and down 1.6#. I've found that when I get hungry mid afternoon, I'm also a little tired. I'll add another cup of coffee; depending on what I have left for calories, I may have another BPC, or some other variation. On a separate note, I tried it with cinnamon today....mmmmmmm!

I looked up the ideal weight for my height and age, then I chose the number exactly in the middle. There is a 20 pound swing in either direction, so as I get closer I have wiggle room to adjust if needed. And check this site out to see what your body would look like at different weights: http://www.mybodygallery.com/

You are amazing! So inspirational, and not just for those with PCOS!

I'm with Bill on this one. Being on keto has been a great way to control my calorie intake. At the beginning I was very focused on that 1200 calorie limit. But then I hit a small plateau. I did a couple of things, I upped my intake to 1500. In all honesty I think it was more psychological than anything. I usually don't get…

I'm working my way toward this myself. I've started doing Bulletproof coffee in the morning, a Quest bar for early afternoon snack and then want to have a big piece of steak/chicken and large serving of veggies for dinner. I have several reasons for this. 1) I would like to suppress my snacking during the day, it can lead…

Water: Minimum 64 ounces to 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight. So, if you weigh 160 pounds, you'll want 80ounces. Fiber: This is an area I struggle with too. I take Metamucil caplets when I remember to take my nightly vitamins. I'm trying to incorporate more veggies. And Quest bars have 17-18 grams per serving.

It could be ok, depending on your body and how quickly you can get back into Keto. It's different for everyone. Here is a great page to better understand the 3 types and the benefits of Keto plans (CKD, TKD, and SKD): http://www.free-workout-plans-for-busy-people.com/ketogenic-diet-types.html. Personally I do SKD, because…

Love the Quest bars. They've become my new lunch most days. I love how much protein and fiber they have in them. For some reason I always struggle with getting my Fiber in. I've been recently heating them up in the microwave, and adding a dab of whipped cream on top - like a dessert! I just ordered their newest flavor,…
