I mostly drink just water and once you develop the habit its not so hard anymore and I often prefer it over other drinks. I rather honestly drink calorie free water than waste my calories! LOL During a workout alone I drink 2-4 glasses so most days I get my 8 in!

whoop whoop..... Its exiting none the less even if yesterday you dont look much different than today! LOL I am technically obese but very close to being overweight so for me that is my first milestone! So I get the excitement!

eat something healthy...going over is not the end of the world. One snack won't break you either. I often have lots of calories left but days where I go over....

I fit a 45min workout in with an incredibly hectic day and many distractions but I did it!

130 and it depends on your build I am medium muscular type build 105 for me would be anorexic

you will feel sick after a while...I actually did this by accident though and started getting stomach pains that would not go away for weeks. It was a nightmare I lost 20pounds QUICK but of course gained it all back.

I am starting on sat kind of nervous myself....I am really working on eating and just doing her other dvd because I hope to see results with BR! GOOD LUCK....it sounds challenging!!

my youngest is actually 4 but I was always skinny till I had kids! I had 3 in less than 5 years and put on a lot of weight myself!

I loved 30 day shred....currently I am doing kickbox fast fix and love that one its more fun I think then do her banish fat one. Next week I will start the 90 day Body Revolution one. I haven't found any that I really dislike so far!

I dont really have an exact date but within a year would like to be at my gw and about 54 pounds away so a ways to go but want to do it healthy with eating and working out:)

day 4 is barely into it....all forms of exercise take TIME and PATIENCE.......mostly your eating has to be good for it to have its full effects and 30ds is more intense than even most 40min workouts so its more than enough. But to lose weight mostly its about eating. I lost 6 pounds on 30ds and I didn't eat very well but…

well I have been on my own since age 16 and now with 3 kids am a single mom....I dont have a choice just do it and I actually dont make alot. Personally I can't imagine living at home with parents if I could afford a place. When I first lived on my own without room mates I made 7.50 per hr....

I also have a long way to go and I doubt I will be as active once I lose. Yea its life long but by the time I lose it should be kinda second nature what to do.

you have to make it a habit....most days its easy for me especially in summer when its so hot. I fill 24oz or 32oz water bottles few times a day and then try to mostly just drink water verses other drinks.

I have to lose more than 15pounds before others notice...I have lost inches so people notice that as weight loss when my weight loss is under 10 pounds. Men always lose faster with less changes.

good job...I also did it but did not eat great but still lost 5 pounds and about 4inches all over....NOW I am gearing up to do revolution!
