Being close to my goal, I have wondered this as well. I think I will probably try not logging, then have when I weigh as a "check-in" about once a month. If I have gained, I will then log again for a while & try again :)

I'm 5'5, currently 132 but I'd like to get down to 120. More concerned with lowering BF % now, (I'm at 27%) I want to get down to about 22 % BF.
