Weight Lifting @ maintenence
I wanted to start lifting after hearing what great effects it can have, but I was wondering if I should start now (about 10 lbs left till maintenence) or wait until I reach my weight goal, then work on toning up? Currently, I aim to run/jog/walk 30mins, 3x a week. So, I also wanted to know how to fit this in with lifting.…

5'5- 5'6 women weight goal
Hey, I was wondering what some 5'5 to 5'6 women's weight goals were. I am at 133 right now, but I just dont feel like I'm "there" yet as far as reaching my goal, though my original goal was 135 (started at 190, I just started MFP to lose a little more until I feel happy with the results).
