I've tried making overnight oats but mine tasted super pasty and chalky. I used quick oats. Any suggestions as to what I could do better? I just layered fruit,yogurt and quick oats

have also heard that being overweight can make u irregular, and that it is common for your body to correct itself as I gets healthier. And please don't undermind your success! 23 lbs is something to be very proud of! that's a bag of flour!! toss that around for a couple minutes and then say " I only lost 23 lbs " :)

I hear ya on the soda. Im a former two literer myself who also wanted to stay away from aspartame. Luckily I found diet gingerale with splenda. i think they mean to say to decrease calories BY 500 a day, not TO 500 a day. to loose a lb a week u need a 500 calorie a day deficit through exercise and nutrition.

i can only exercise about an hour after while my baby naps. Any suggestions on food to fuel me on if this is nutrition related? whats a good thing to eat before u exercise? no, i havent ever really considered lifting, im pretty new to this all. what other cardio can u reccomend? i have no access to a gym and my elliptical…

i lost nine lbs the first two weeks i signed up, then slowed down. im on week 15 now and down 26 lbs. perhaps water weight? id give it some more time before i started to worry :)

Ive lost about 25 lbs since nov 23 and for me its all about balance. I excercise 5 days a week ( 30 days shred, ripped in 30, elliptical) and MEAL PLANNING! if im having a heavier supper ( pasta, ect) i balance with a lighter lunch, and if im having a lighter supper such as a stirfry, i dont feel as guilty having that…

i love jillian micheals videos but i find her warm ups are insufficiant for me! try to warm up and cool down a lil more then the video does, that might alleviate some soreness.

i mix it up. I have 3 and 5 lb weights that i use. i like to switch back and forth. if i feel like i want more cardio out of the videos that day then i use 3 lbs so i can burn through more reps, but if i feel like id like to work on toning more that week, i use the 5 lbs :)

i have been doing it mon-fri and taking weekends off. Its seems to be working well, i have just completed level 2 and have lost 12 lbs and one full dress size.

i am currenty doing the 30DS. i love it!! results are noticable within the first week. I am just about to start level 3 ( i take weekends off ) and with the help of jillian and MFP i have lost 11.6 lbs and one full dress size in one month.

we make home made pizza on christmas eve! and carbs!!! i may skip the turkey and just eat a loaf of bread lol! Taking Christmas day off, cant wait :) and home made spanakopita!

i just weighed everything tonight as we were having spegetti for supper!! using Barilla speghettini. 85 g was one serving, its 215 grams after cooked, and one and a half cups :)
