Oh I love oameal! I'll give it a go, maybe add it blended to smoothies. I think being able to open my mouth big enough to accommodate more than a straw could be the biggest issue...

Thanks :) I can open my mouth tonight but I fear its going to get worse before it gets better. Might just try and put whatever I can in the blender when I get sick of everything else :P

I think toning as you go is the way to do it! For me Les Mills Body Pump was a way to start lifting. From there I gained the confidence to go away and use the free weights at the gym =) Good luck!

Give Couch to 5km a try (C25K) theres plenty of free apps out there. It starts really easy and having something to strive towards helps get you motivated!

I rinse my hair when I can (sometimes i add conditioner to the ends) and use a dry shampoo or a bit of baby powder if im in a hurry and wont have time to dry my hair. I only shampoo every third day.

Same thing happened to me. I went from 118kg to 88kg with no trouble but now its getting harder to shift the weight. Ive started weight trainging 3 times a week and 2 weeks later im down to 85kg. Gaining muscle might be the key!
