Bad Bread
I feel like bread is my downfall. Quite often I eat it because its there. If I was the only person in this house I just wouldnt buy it. What can I do to stop myself being drawn to it?

Chia Fail
I bought Chia seeds the other day and was really excited to make a Chia Pudding for breakfast. FAIL! The Chia seeds hardly swelled after a night in the fridge. I used a Tablespoon of Chia and 1/2cup Milk. Do I just need to play around with my quantities or did I buy a dud batch of seeds?

Cold Weather Make Me Want To Eat More!
I need a distraction. The weather is chilly and all I want to do is curl up on the couch with a hot Milo or warm comfort food... I dont see this ending well!

TOM - Anyone feel different to the norm?
Curious to know if many others find their weight to be light at TOM... I find im heavier mid-cycle with uncontrollable cravings. This seems to be quite the opposite to what I read on here!

Breakfast Ideas
Ive been eating the same thing for breakfast this past week. Its quick, easy, and it pretty much keeps me going until lunch. BUT I need to shake things up a bit, explore different things, but I need to be able to throw it together quickly for a work day =P What does everyone else eat for breakfast?

I had all of my wisdom teeth taken out today and I fear its going to set me on the path to eating rubbish again...
