My mum and I started doing c25k awhile back and she was getting horrible shin pain. We started running on the grass around the football oval and that helped her alot. Maybe you have ill fitting shoes? You could try wearing compression socks to see if that makes a difference?

Endomondo over estimates my calories. It is often more than twice what my HRM says

I dont record my water for this reason but I know I drink at least 3 750ml water bottles full a day.

Just record it as best you can. Sometimes all we can do is guesstimate :)

I have a Polar FT4. It has a chest strap and a watch. When im playing netball I clip the watch to my bra strap and sort of tuck it in. Once Im moving I dont really notice it. I didnt really have the money to spend on fancier versions :P

I love my FT4! The chest strap doesnt bother me at all, u barely know its there. The watch is a little bulky... and i only say that because I play netball and have to 'hide' it under my shirt. Im wanting to strart training for a 5k so im thinking of upgrading to something with a GPS, possibly the FT7

Im here (again). I have been quite lazy and have stacked on the kilo's! Ideally I would like to lose 20kg but im happy with just becomming fitter! Im in WA but would like australian friends with similar stats/goals. Female, 30 yrs old, 176cm currently 90 kg (worst ever was 115kgs)

I have found that tape works best for me. It just feels tighter and doesnt move :)

Thanks! The recipe I used told me to 'whisk' them a few times in the first 15 minutes. I will definatly make them in a jar and shake them next time. BONUS ARM WORKOUT! WOO HOO! :P

I LOVE my FT4. The only problem I have is when Im playing team sports the watch is a bit bulky and i have to hide it on my bra strap on tucked inside my pants.

The jeans in my cupboard range from a size 12 - size 18 and I wear them all! It depends on the brand and the style... Its really frustrating to shop for new clothes.

^^^ This. You need to make a stand. You make what you want and offer him some. If he doesnt like it Im sure he can find the fridge by himself.

I wore my HRM a few times and at 87kg playing GK/GD i was burning between 300 and 400 cal

My theory is if your hungry you have those few extra to snack with, if your not hungry then thats ok too :)
