Iโm trying to figure out the best macros & calories per day for weight loss - I am thinking itโs important to have the correct percentages since I am exercising a lot. Right now I am carb 20/fat40/protein40 & 1200ish calories. I welcome any advice ๐

NSVโs for the week ๐ Tracked 7 days in a row - 10K+ steps four out of 7 - went to 7 exercise classes - didnโt eat that enormous chunk of blue cheese that was in my dressing - I have a mango tree & froze a lot of the fruit instead of mindlessly eating them ๐ฅญ

Hey Downsizer Team! Joined yaโll yesterday starting the month of August (officially). I joined WW 2 years ago & lost 50 lbs. as of November 2024. Since then, Iโve retired, been on two cruises & spent three weeks in Paris. As of this morning, Iโm up about 5 lbs., pretty much the same 5 since January. I think Iโve figuredโฆ
