Goals/ comments: Today was a good day. Took a 2 mile walk in the morning with my hubby and then later in the afternoon took a walk by the beach with the kids. Ate pretty good too. I weigh in tomorrow so hopefully it’s a good one.4 -

It's easy for me to lose weight once the steroids wear off and I'm not eating everything in sight (and not in sight). Medrol was a like a miracle cure, but I can't take it anymore because of the horrible allergic reaction. At least the Tecfidera seems to be doing it's job! I DO feel better than I have in 30 years!6 -
