Sorry Team I went the Wrong way...had a lot of emotional eating... trying to plan out better meals this week and try to limit the snacking4 -
I readjusted my goals on the app. I set my goal weight to 299 instead of my goal weight as I thought it would be easier to focus on 20 to 30 pounds at a time, lose 1.5 pounds per week (instead of 2) and realized I had a light activity level (not including exercise) rather than sedentary. This changed my daily calorie goal from 1600 to 2190 calories.
I realized I might not have been meeting my calorie needs as I kept feeling hungry and snacking. I didn't want to take the weight loss per week goal down to 1 pound per week as that would raise my daily calorie limit to 2,400 calories, which seemed excessive and counterproductive4 -
