    The previous week I was under the weather. This week I back in the gym and watching what I ate. I did not log here this week as work (and Life in general) was crazy, but I did log my meals. Just happy to be loosing weight again.

    Comments went out for supper, so I was really careful about my eating the rest of the day and then went for a snowshoe after work to make sure I'd have enough calories left
