  • Thanks Carly was a smidge below the 50 yesterday i think. I'm doing fine today had 2 boiled eggs turned into devilled eggs. 2 turkey morning snack, Lunch 1 1/2 cup of cabbage and chard fried and added 3 oz of turkey so the making of a good day.   • I nap most afternoons but i'm also up a lot of time before 5 am. and do try for a walk every morning. And today i'm adding water exercise to that. So yes a nap will be needed this afternoon.
