I use nonfat Greek yogurt in almost everything rather than cream cheese or cream or sour cream. So give it a go - what's the worst that can happen?

The mayo really is a killer but also keep in mind any kind of special sauce is usually laden with sugar and/or salt. Lettuce wraps from Jimmy Johns - no mayo are always a good choice. At mcdonalds i will usually get two grilled chicken snack wraps, no sauce, no cheese, extra lettuce, add tomatoes. Not great but acceptable…

I don't. But here is why: I was once in great shape! And it's embarassing letting people know that I KNOW I've gotten fat. So I just keep it to myself and hope that one day I'll wake up a size 4!

Ermagerd!!!! It's awful/awesome. A girl at work and I are one week three but we are only able to do it T, W, Th due to work things. The other day in my 5 am (!) Body Pump class I learned that the average American gains 7 pounds between Halloween and Christmas. So while my goal might not be as lofty, I'm just going to say I want to lose 7 pounds by Christmas. Which means consistently tracking my calories and cutting out most alcohol. Cheers!

I've tried. I clip coupons every Sunday but the stores in my area (central Iowa) don't double or triple coupons like on those shows. I use coupons when they are available for items i want but that isn't terrible often: A. most of the coupons are for crappy foods and B. sometimes I find the generic foods are still cheaper.
