cleanse?
A girlfriend of mine suggested doing a cleanse. Frankly, it seems like a lot of work - buying and cooking food I don't normally eat. I'm going to lose 80 pounds and am 12 down thus far. I'm losing about 1.5 pounds per week. Has anyone had any success doing something like a cleanse? If so, what did you do?

logging exercise
Do you log your exercise? When I work out and log it - it gives me more calories to eat. I really don't want to eat more calories than 1200. But I know that they say something about starvation mode. How do you know if you fall into that mode? Thoughts?
