do NOT do the fruit diet...no matter how much you eat of it your body will go into starvation mode...u will become constipated, exhausted and malnourished :( not a good idea

you burn 11 calories an hour chewing gum...so it would take less than 15mins chewin 2 burn tht off.....but chewing gum can also make you bloated and more hungry

even if i have eaten nothing all day my weight can go up and down by 2-4 lbs a day

milk/dairy is good for hair and nails...i use to have 1.5 litres of milk a day and my hair is amazing and grows so fast

not possible....i tried and ended up in hospital being force fed.....really not smart...the fact you even thought that isnt good :(

i tend to add it myself...but there isnt much need considering it takes more energy to digest them than is actualy in them!

you must use oil in a pan.....with the lid on top....but u can get 1 cal spray oil

that is really worrying.....i have seen too many people get like that...u must of lost too much weight, be malnourished and not eating enough

splenda and cinnamon is nice in porridge if ur not a big fan.....u could make a batch of blueberry muffins in advance...i would use the egg whites, no yolks, low fat splenda and splenda instead of eggs, buttter and sugar

things like skips, quavers are not high calorie, veg and fruit take more calories to digest than is actually in them...if you find it difficult not to snack then just have small main meals, avoid having cheese all the time...save it as a treat

if i am finding it hard to not snack what i do is have smaller meals....i make sure they are always under a certain amount of calories so that when night time comes i have quite a lot i could have...but then sometimes you end up not having enough which is just as bad

if you are not sure about the ones on this website you could look on tesco online....they have all the nutritional information for most things...when you type some thing in the search bar once you clicked on add food then scroll down to where you can add your own food and do that :)....a bag of potatoes will obviously have…
