Hi, I'm planning on having a jacket/baked potato for my evening meal and wondered if on the food diary whether the weights given are raw or cooked weight? Does anyone know? Thank you. x:flowerforyou:

if you are not sure about the ones on this website you could look on tesco online....they have all the nutritional information for most things...when you type some thing in the search bar once you clicked on add food then scroll down to where you can add your own food and do that
....a bag of potatoes will obviously have the nutrition for raw potato....or if that sounds too complicated just type raw potato into the search ...
hope this helped
