I, too, usually only do a cheat meal, but I still try to stay at or below my calories. We usually go out one saturday a month or so, that's when I eat (mostly drink) whatever I want. I still log it, but I get what I want.

Everyone does it differently. Most people do level one for 10 days, then level two for 10 and on to level three for the last 10 days... This is the way I have been doing it... It will get easier with time. Each level gets progressively more difficult, so stick with level one and move on when you are ready! Good luck!

I tend to over eat at dinner just because I am on my feet at work and don't get much time to sit down and enjoy a meal, so I tend to go all out in the evening. I think I am just going to stay on level 1 for 7-10 days (mind you, I do not do them in consecutive days) I started on 1/6, so over one week I got 5 days in. My plan is to start the C25K training after I am done, maybe even starting it in addition to 30ds... I really want to start lifting, but the lack of funds is putting a damper on getting a gym membership! I think I would be willing to try another Jillian Michaels dvd though...

eggs, chicken, fish and nonfat greek yogurt. I am always over on protein and I am ok with that.

RIght now I am obessed with whole wheat tortillas with mozz cheese and salsa! YUM! Usually have some greek yogurt and or fruit with it for lunch!

Oh yes. I am back at it. Had a bad bug, must have been a 24 hour thing (luckily!). Starting L1D4 today! Definitely feeling better during and after the workout!

I've been fairly lucky as my 2yr old son eats fairly well. One thing he does like is fish. We use panko bread crumbs and bake so it gets a little crunchy. Tell him they are fish sticks... I do all the cooking, so I trick him. He thinks he's eating one thing, but it's low cal or half the fat... I also try to experiment with new recipes, healthy ones. I also do all the grocery shopping, so I don't buy his crap food anymore or just not as often as I used to... Or.... have more sex! how many calories does that…
