Im interested in joining! My goal is to lose 100lbs by my 30th Birthday in May.. Ive currently lost 45lbs and have 55lbs to go (At little behind on where I wanted to be but still happy and excited non the less)! Id love to join the group for extra motivation!!!

Hi Im starting ddp yoga this week and have the videos but no work out or meal plan? could anyone help me out with that? :)
