Hi I am going to try going 4:3 this week and today I will try saving the calories for evening meal. My end of week weigh in I lost 2 lbs so I am pretty happy with that- even if much of it is water :)

I have recently started fasting 5:2, I have chosen this system as I enjoy eating out at weekends and I struggle to keep within my calorie limits then. Hi I'm 5ft2 and 146 lb right now with a starting goal of 130lb, when I get to that I will see how much more I want to lose. I do find it quite difficult at the moment, as I am forever losing a lb or 2 and then gaining back. Flo :)
