Do you stick to your daily food calorie limit or do you also eat you exercise calories? I am just wondering about the best way to achieve a good weight loss? What do you do? I can eat tons but I enjoy exercise so when I have exercised alot should I eat the extra calories or just stick to the daily calorie limit (which is difficult for me somedays? ). What is the best way do you think?

I guess it depends on what you have listed as your activity level. Do you already figure in your exercise with your basic calories? If you choose sedentary for your activity level then eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories. If your job keeps you on your feet (nurse, etc) then you probably want to choose lightly active and eat back at least 50% of your exercise cals, etc, etc. Good luck,0

If you're following MFP methods...and have good accurate numbers for your burned calories...(HRM...NOT MFPs numbers)...then yes, you should eat most of those back. It works. Trust me.0
