  • Hi everyone, Based on my lasy cycle I am due Feburary 28th. My 11 week ultrasound is next week so that will give me more accurate due date. This my first bub. :)

  • Ok everyone, I had the DEXA scan on saturday. I'm in Australia (Newcastle) and had it done by a company called MeasureUp, they have a mobile truck that travels around as well as clinic in sydney.   • I went to buy some more gym clothes. All my others are too big now. It turns out I'm now a size 14 in AUS (I think that's a 10 in U.S.) I haven't been that size in forever. YAY.
  • OMG! I had quinoa (0.75 of a cup cooked) with 1.5 cups of steamed mix vegetables (zucchini, carrot and snow peas) and 1 drained 95G tin of Sirena Tuna mixed with 1 serving (2 tablespoons) of tomato pesto. It is delicious. Give it a go.
  • Ok, I'm getting the DEXA scan on Saturday! Apparently they will tell me how much mucle mass and fat I'm carrying. I'll post to let everyone know how it went. Can't wait!

  • Thanks for the replies everyone. I remember when i was at my athletic weight in high school, i was 68kg and a size 10 - 12. But that was pretty hard to maintain. My hips and shoulders are VERY wide. I'll re-evaluate when I get closer to my goal weight I guess. :)
