I think that you are doing an awesome job! You should keep up what you are doing, and maybe just add a little challenge in there, like pick it up from one spot to another (one telephone pole to another), and then slow it down, or do a final faster paced run/jog to your finishing point. Keep up the great work!

I also forgot to add I am 20 years old and not much older than you so this stuff can happen at an early age

Nope! I work out as much as you do and still gained weight because I wasn't counting or eating right. I dont think its important to be 100% accurate if you are maintaining, but it is important to have an idea so you don't gain weight

Thanks guys! So I keep shabbat (25 hour rest day from Friday night to Saturday) and I usually am more lenient on that day. I try to make some healthier days, but especially now I feel like I need to have a day where I can be more relaxed it also helps me look forward too it. I also usually go away so I dont know what I am…

Maybe eat some peanut butter or have an egg or quinoa or some other food that has some protein at some point in the day. Portion out your food before a day starts so you know what percentages you are going to be at for that day.

People who try to challenge themselves (like doing regular push ups instead of on their knees) when they can't do them properly at all.

Its hard to get started, maybe start with 5-10 minutes a day of exercise like squats that you can fit in while the kids are playing or lunges or jumping jacks and little quick things that get your heart rate up and just get you started.

I dont just do Insanity, but I am a certified instructor and I take it once a week at my gym. If that is okay and allowed I would love to join. I may even up the days a week to 2 that I do insanity.

I'm 20 years old and don't need to loose much, but am the heaviest I have ever been and the first 2 years of college have done that to me. I am trying to take the weight off and keep this lifestyle change up. Feel free to add me!
