I just started Keto today. I've been going similar before WOE before, but not specifically attempting Keto. I know anytime I decreased carbs, my symptoms got back under control.

Hey I'm right outside of Philly and have even more than that to lose. I have a desk job too, so I understand. We can do this! Good luck!

Thanks for posting. I never ONCE considered that having high testosterone and PCOS could be some sort of benefit to my health. And of course, I know nothing of strength training.... nothing! Looks like my BF who knows his way around the gym will be needed to teach some more weight lifting things... HMMM....

I don't care if you're 95 pounds or 300 pounds, if you feel confident and comfortable in a bikini, do it! There is no weight limit! mwuah!

I couldn't do the Mac at first. I did this and it was pretty good. Mixed Mac with a packet of ziti. Cooked extra long with extra water. Added a tbsp of parmasean and a pinch of garlic powder and then split it into 2 meals. I thought it was pretty good. Also just mixing in veggies helps.

hey there. No the order doesn't matter. You could even have your lean and green for breakfast. Just make sure that you spread it out throughout the day and that you measure your protein and drink plenty of water. You'll find what works best for you.

Hey i have PCOS too. I've lost about 50 pounds so far, looking to lose 100+ (Could reasonably lose 150 pounds) Get a good doc. Excercise, and stay away from simple carbs! They'll stick you like crazy. I've found success on medifast (for now) but thats just me! good luck!!
