  • I'm glad you guys love Turbofire! I'm assuming it is similar to Turbokick. Maybe I'll try it after this month's goal!
  • That class is offered at my gym and I've been thinking about trying it, so this advice is really helpful. Other than being sore, did you all like the class? Do you just do reps the whole time? If anyone has other information about the class, I would love to hear it!
  • I usually run on a treadmill so I log my average speed. If you are running outside and have a smart phone, you can use RunKeeper. It tells you your average distance, elevation, calories, etc. So I log (close) to the average and then adjust calories according to the app. Good luck!
