Morning Workouts - I need help!
Hi all, I've found that on days I work out, I eat healthier and log my food on MFP too. However, there are days during the week that I have something planned right after work (dinner, evening with friends, etc.), and I don't have time to go to the gym in between. Goal: Workout 6 Days per Week for 1 Month
Hi all, I'm creating a goal for myself and wanted to put it on the board to hold myself accountable. I bought a one month gym membership just to test it out and I'm seeing if I can really commit! Hurt knee - help with exercises!
Hey all, I tweaked my knee a couple days ago. It's nothing serious - it is just a little sensitive when i bend it. I've been resting it, but I don't want to just sit around. I've been doing sit ups and weights with my arms, but I was looking for something a little more cardio to burn some calories. Any suggestions?

Really hard though- couldn't do it fast for more than a minute at a time. Just wanted to share and see if anyone else jumps rope and has some great routines/tricks to learn.

It's been a week and I already had one pretty bad day (pizza hut for lunch and fried food for dinner!) but I'm working on it. Step by step, right? I'm…
