I started this program in the spring and had success for a few months. Then in the summer I started working and I suppose I went out to lunch and snacked too much (without working out ever), so I gained 10 pounds. Now I'm back and trying to get back to my original weight and then lose weight from there. Hopefully I can get back in the groove. Feel free to friend me if you feel like you can provide motivation!
