Hi all! I "joined" MFP back in December but then the holidays hit and I gave up. Now that I'm back at school (and cooking for myself again) I'm trying to stay on track. It's been a week and I already had one pretty bad day (pizza hut for lunch and fried food for dinner!) but I'm working on it. Step by step, right? I'm definitely interested in new recipes and fitness info that this website has to offer. Thanks for all the help

hi all i've decided its time to look after myself instead of just the kids and loosing this bit of weight is what i need to do to be a happier and more confident wife and mother.:happy: :happy:0
