4.07 miles running/walking today. I might have to start using the elliptical to finish because my calves are taking kind of a beating running so much. Still hoping to meet my goal even though I am behind. I'll have to average 3.6 miles the next 9 days. Doable, but will be quite a challenge!

I'm sorry you are having a hard time! We are all here for you! Keep it up and just take it one day at a time. You might not see the scale move right away, but it will eventually. I'm around 5'8" and my goal is 150. My ULTIMATE goal is 145, but I'll have to see how I look/feel at 150. Nice to see everyone's different answers! It reinforces that we all have different body types and there is no "perfect" weight, size, or shape.

I made crab rangoonies from Hungry Girl the other day as an appetizer for my family and they loved it! These aren't good for you, but they aren't bad for you (4 of them are 140 calories). Actually I love having nutella around! My trick is to just have ONE tablespoon at a time, put it in a small bowl, and melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. When it is melted it goes a lot further. Then I dip strawberries into it. It is PERFECT when I'm craving something sweet, but turns out to be only 80 calories…

I love Gilad's Best of Bodies in Motion. You can find it on amazon for around $10. It's over an hour with cardio and toning. It's very 80s and pretty cheesy, but it WORKS! During the butt toning part I literally YELL at the TV at Gilad because it burns, but it works. I would highly recommend it.
