Has the time it's taken to cook stopped u doing 'actual exercise'? The reason I ask is that if normally u wouldn't have dine any exercise then don't log it as your only doing it to claim calories. I've done 30day shred which is great - toned me more than weight loss. I'm now doing ripped in 30 now and finding that tougher (on week 2) but same as other DVD, more toning than weight loss!

I'm on day 29 of 30DS ... I did 1 day on level 1, 10 days level 2 and the rest level 3. Defo gets easier although I feel that there are still some exercises on level 1 & 2 that are difficult still even if whole level is easier! Yes yes yes! I cannot promote this enough. I have one every 3-6 months and it helps me massively with my IBS and generally just makes me feel better. More energy, food digests better and because I've spent the money it's easier to kerp myself in check with bad food as why fill yourself up on crap when you've just paid £50…

Have you thought of using dry shampoo? ... I have never tried it as I I wash my hair everyday as cannot stand the idea it might be sweaty / smelly but have friends who use this at festivals when cannot wash for a few days so might be worth a shot?!?

You could always keep a record of hoe many you do as over time you will do more in the same space of time and be able to see how your fitness has improved!
