I've tried 30 day shred before and never completed it. My motivation is awful. I'm going to start again with the group this time, and I WILL finish it! So glad that there's a group doing it together. Level 1, Day 1, here I come!

Welcome! I'm fairly new to the site as well (started in December). Congrats to you for maintaining a good weight in the start of college. I was not as disciplined, but am trying to come back from that now. Always here for support :)
