I wish I could back and change the carb information, reducing carbs can help, it has worked for a lot of people on here (I have read through countless threads), it's kind of like switching up your diet, anytime you make changes it tricks your body.
Carb Cycling (google it) is also succesful method, it's kind of like zag-zagging, one day you eat more carbs, the next you eat less. If you have/had kindey problems make sure you're getting enough carbs, eating too few carbs isn't good for people with kidney problems.0 -
