I find that since I have cut out all starches (pasta, bread, white potatoes, rice, etc.) that I am seeing more muscle definition and less fat. But I'm no where near my goal yet.

If you like chocolate and peanut butter together but don't want the extra cals from PB when adding to a plain chocolate powder, try Body Fortress chocolate/peanut butter with skim milk. It's my favorite and reasonably priced at Wal Mart.

Are you exercising at all? I find I get most of my water in during and after I exercise as it makes me so thirsty. The rest just follows with meals and I don't measure it exactly, but I estimate and know that I am getting enough.
